
Feature of PENGUIN FOAM® (1 Component Material)
Penguin Foam® (Heat-curing type) material enabling the snap curing (a few minutes at 80 degrees) and superior adhesion to various types of plastic materials. It provides 1 part superior applicability compared to two part type materials. Also Penguin Foam® possesses enhanced heat resisting property which has never been achieved with urethane materials before.
1 Component:
No need for controlling pot life which plagued 2 part type applications. Also the time it takes for the maintenance of mixing part and purging can be greatly reduced.
Low temperature. Fast curing:
We have developed the original curing agent technology which enables fast curing at 80 degrees to produce the elastic state of the cured material.

Micro Capsule foaming:
The specialized mechanical foaming system provides micro cell foaming. The robot application(foaming) at room temperature enables string(line) formation, injection molding, foam filling, and other molding applications.
Enhanced heat resisting property:
Also it has achieved far enhanced heat resisting property compared to general polyurethane material.
(Low hardness Type):
PENGUIN FOAM® demonstrates flexible rubber like property and provides very good gasket applications. Foaming magnification rate can be easily adjusted with the setting of the special equipment.(up to 300°)
(High strength Type):

FOAMPLY® provides uniform foam by mixing single component paste materials with air, using our patented mechanical foaming device.
