When does Live Chat answer enquiries? 

Our Live Chat room is open from 08:30 until 17:30 (+8 GMT), Monday till Friday

How do I chat?

All Fix Online Store’s Live Chat is easy to use and provides flexibility to the users. Customers can login their msn live ID (if there is any) or login as Visitor.

Once the live chat window loaded please do the following:

  1. Click on the “Begin a conversation” to initiate the conversation.


  2. Enter your name into the text field provided if you do not have msn live ID. Or login to msn live ID if it concerns privacy issue.


  3. Key in the characters shown on the screen to verify you identity.


  4. You are now in the chat room!

    You will see other chatters in the upper window. If there are no names listed, nobody is there to chat.

    To sent a message:
    1. Type your message in the text box at the bottom of the chat window
    2. Press the "Return" or "Enter" key on your keyboard.

    Now you can tell us about your enquiry!
